Equilibria

Equilibria is the global coaching company that developed the E-Colors and Personal Intervention coaching tools. Innerstar has partnered with Equilibria to deliver the E-Colors program to help under-privileged youths better realise their potential through heightened self-awareness and self-regulation. The E-Colors program has been used successfully in schools all over the world including United States, Thailand and Singapore.

Advisory

Advisory is a fully youth-led nonprofit dedicated to empowering young Singaporeans to make informed career and further education choices. By breaking down the barriers to access that young people face in finding out about their fields of interest, Advisory hopes to create a level playing field and support youth to pursue their passions. Advisory does this through its free online repository of interviews with working professionals, its various offline series of events and learning journeys, and its upcoming mentorship program.

Advisory is supported by major organisations like the National Youth Council and Young National Trades Union Congress, is funded by the National Youth Fund, and is an affiliate of Youth Corps Singapore. Advisory’s work has been featured by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Senior Parliamentary Secretary Baey Yam Keng, as well as prominent media outlets like Channel NewsAsia, TODAY, The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Berita, Lianhe Wanbao, Youth.SG and Rice Media.
