Elly has over 15 years of career experience, the most recent being in the field of human resources, where she was involved in resource planning, talent management and talent acquisition.
She believes that people are the heart of every organisation, and enjoys a good discussion on topics relating to people development and talent resourcing.
Elly spent the early years of her career with the Republic of Singapore Air Force, in air defence planning and operations. Currently taking a short break from her career, Elly is a volunteer with Innerstar, where she is working with a team of committed volunteers who believe in the same cause.
She hopes to be able to help the children and the youths unlock their potential, build confidence and resilience, and become the stars that they dream of.
Elly is happily married with a bubbly nine-year-old daughter. She is attempting to pick up Taiji and baking in her free time.
