E-Colors Staff Workshop At Sunbeam Place
Innerstar has delivered its first workshop!

We gave the management team of Sunbeam Place @ Children’s Society an introduction to the E-Colors coaching tool, which we will also deliver to its youth-residents on 27 November.
The participants got an introduction to how the E-Colors and associated coaching tools can increase self-awareness, self-regulation and improve social and emotional intelligence, communication and collaboration.
The management staff intends to use these tools to improve teamwork and connect with care with the children and the youth at the home.
For the youth, the programme will elevate self-awareness, self-regulation and self-confidence as well as enhancing empathy, understanding and communication.
